RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Blush & Blooms, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

No Return Policy (General)
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered successfully.

Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Items Only)
We only offer replacements in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged product

  • You received the wrong item

To request a replacement, you must:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear unboxing video proof showing the issue

  • Share your order details

Without proper proof, we will not be able to process any request.

No Refund Policy
We do not provide refunds under normal circumstances. Approved cases will only be eligible for a replacement, not a refund.

Order Cancellation
Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once processed or shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability of the customer.

Refused Deliveries (COD Orders)
If a customer refuses to accept a Cash on Delivery order, we reserve the right to restrict future purchases from the same user.

Delivery Timeline Disclaimer
All delivery timelines are estimates. Delays caused by courier partners or external factors are not eligible for refunds or cancellations.
